@kerravon2917  If this only happened very recently the VM Forum Team may be able to get it restored.

They should respond here shortly.

Hi @kerravon2917,

Thanks for your post, and welcome back to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you've accidentally deleted a secondary email address on your account. As @Graham_A has mentioned, depending on the length of time the email has been deleted, we may be able to retrieve this.

I'm going to drop you a private message so I can look into this further for you. Please keep an eye out on the purple envelope, in the top-right of the Forums.

Cheers,

Reece - Forum Team

Hi There,

I have done the same and accidently deleted my sons old email address, it was an ntlworld.com address. I deleted it last week.

He needs access to the account to change some subscriptions which have asked him to verify, by sending an email to his old account.

Is there anyway I can get this back so he can sort things out?

Thanks

Andrew

I am sorry to hear that.

I will send you a private message now so we can get some details and see if we can retrieve this.

Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of the page and pop me a reply when you can.
