I am a current Virgin broadband customer but still use a very old Virgin.net email address. I access this on my phone of 3 years via the mail app but cannot now log in elsewhere or manage to reset my password. As I now need to upgrade my phone, I need to be able to access the account on my new device.
I waited on the phone for an hour to speak to someone today who advised that I change my current account username to my old Virgin.net email address. When I tried to do this is says “username not available” although I was able to change the email address used for correspondence on my new account.
Please can you help me access and close/update this old Virgin.net email.
