Accessing emails

I’m the main account holder (old email ntlworldntlworld) and my partner has a secondary ntlworldntlworld account. He has been unable to receive/send emails for over a week, it comes up account error go to settings, when you go to settings to input password it isn’t recognised. Any ideas? I can’t access his emails from the virgin website either.

Assuming you have a broadband account, log in to it and under My Profile you should find the linked emails listed.  If the email isn't listed then this applies:

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Orphan-Email-accounts/td-p/3492073

If you don't have a broadband account, all the emails will be closed.
