Access virgin email

Recently joined Virgin on a new contract at a new address. When setting accesses up I was asked if I wanted a new virgin email address to which I replied yes. I cannot access my virgin media account or email account. When I request a new password I get the message “please confirm your username”. / followed by “check your inbox......” which I cannot access .....

 

Any suggestions please

Ok got it sorted - used  a different / existing email address and changed all log in details
