I am having the same issue as others on this forum. I have a blueyonder email address from an old Virgin / Telewest account, which has recently been hacked. I have spent the past week trying to regain control of my LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Ebay accounts and had to inform my bank. All were compromised as the hacker was able to request password resets and read the codes sent via email. It seems likely the email server has been hacked or an extra forwarding option set up for my emails. I am still a Virgin Media customer, but at a new address and different account so unable to access / check on my blueyonder email. Please help!

I'm hoping that you can also help me. My old blueyonder account has also been hacked. I left Virgin media last year and can no longer access my account to delete the old email.
