Access to account

Hi

access to my email has suddenly stopped (unable to verify server) on both my mobile devices

i also can’t access it via my virgin media account on a laptop or phone as it keeps telling me wrong username or password 

I can’t reset this as need access to the email for your reset link 🤷‍♂️

Any help would be appreciated

The Forgotten Password process does not require an email link.  It takes you through a series of security questions and if successful directs you to the password change page where you set a new password.
