Hi,
I have recently closed my account with Virgin Media due to moving house, however, I now have no access to my email account.
I have tried to contact the team numerous times to try to access the emails, however, I either find that I cannot get through, or the person I speak to does not understand what I am requesting.
Is there any way that I can regain access to the emails, there is information that I urgently require from emails on there, which I have no other way of obtaining.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just how recent did you stop being a VM customer? As per the terms and conditions, use of a VM branded email address is conditional on you being a broadband subscriber. Once you leave, the email address, mailbox and all of the email within it should be deleted after 90 days.

Can I just clarify what @jem101 has asked and as when you cancelled with us?
Also what error message do you get when you try to access the email account?
