We have been locked out of our active blueyonder email address, and therefore unable to sign into email or my virgin to look at bills etc.
Unable to reset user name as don’t have bills with account number or area code on, and when to reset password, the security question that is asked the correct answer is given (like my mother’s maiden name would change!)
Can not get through on the telephone buy calling 150 from our active virgin media line. Can anyone assist in getting access to the email and my virgin media account??
If not, how can we set up a new account as we are still virgin media customers and need to see what the charges are on the bills at this difficult time financially for us.
Also, all our bank emails, utility bills & online accounts go through this email address which we now don’t have access to.
