Hello. I am trying to change the password on my email accounts to match my VM login details and keep getting the following error message: Validation of server imap.virginmedia.com failed due to invalid credentials

Are you trying to set a new password from within webmail? Yes, then this is the wrong place. To (re)set an account's password either:
