Access email

I am getting a message saying I need to update ntlworld settings.

when i get into mail settings i cannot change the settings to the recommended settings, it keeps returning to the old settings, simarlily when i try to change the password it refuses to accept it and returns to an old password.

Did you deal with the spambot problem you have?  If you are trying to use a mail client, then the problems may be related.  A VIP or Forum Team member can confirm that.

Cannot send or receive emails on my windows 10 live mail

Have tried the recommendation by Miss Pasco & Edward but neither has sorted my problem. I can only access emails on vmweb

I am currently running wireshark, & it has highlighted a few areas, some in grey & 1 in white boxes. are this the spambots?, and if so how do i isolate/repair/remove them please.

wireshark results

I have run wireshark and found some results, some are in a grey box & 1 is in a white box. are these spambots?, and if so how do i isolate/repair/disinfect them please.
