Access an old ntlworld email address

Hi, I have seen in previous messages that a forum person was able to help people access old NTL world emails.  I'm hoping the same might be possible here, so very much hope a virgin media forum support person can reply.  Thank you.

Thanks for providing that. Just to confirm some things, are you currently a customer with us, with an active/live Virgin Media service? If so, is this email connected to that account? Do you know, roughly, how long the email hasn't been working for?

Thank you Reece.  I don't have a Virgin account at the moment.  I think the email account was probably last active about 10 years ago!  (So maybe a bit of a long shot??).  thanks.

Thank you for confirming @clairep101, if the email was last active 10 years ago and is not linked to an active Virgin account it will not be possible for us to recover this email for you. 

If an email account is still linked to an active account we would be able to check this but unfortunately this email will now be lost.
