AUTHENTICATION ERROR \ INBOX UPDATING BUT MESSAGES NOT SHOWING

I had an issue with outlook and reset my virgin media password to regain access to @blueyonder account.

I was still getting an authentication error on my mobile, but could access email with my PC. Then yesterday, the PC stopped receiving emails too.

I can access virgin media webmail, I can send messages that do arrive. I can also send messages to the @blueyonder address and see the number of unread inbox messages increase, but the inbox itself is static and only shows the messages from a few days ago.

What is going on? No settings were changed to cause the service to halt

Incidentally, the SPAM folder is working correctly i.e. I can read messages that end up in the junk

Have just moved all INBOX messages to the SPAM folder, and they can be read.
Any advice greatly appreciated

I'm sorry to see you are having issues with your inbox updating correctly. Just to confirm, have you been able to log out of all devices then try changing your password to see if this helps?
