A sender is getting their reply to me rejected.

Email replies from info@hitchcocksmotorcycles.com are being rejected.  If I place an order I receive the confirmation from this address, I can email them at the same address and they receive it.  But they cannot reply to me.  The email they send is rejected by Virgin.

I have added them to my contacts and set SPAM to "Flag a message as SPAM but deliver to Inbox" but still rejects their replies.  In the Virgin help it states that if this doesn't work the Virgin Spam filter needs to have their email address added to allow it through.

I have also setup a 'rule' to 'keep' mail from them but no luck.

Can you pleas help.

What is the reason given for rejection by Virgin Media's server?

there spam filtering is blocking the message due to content. Not anything on VM side

Are you sure. Why would their own spam filer stop their own email coming to me?

my bad read it backwards. VM email server i blocking it as spam

So far nobody has told me how to resolve this issue.

I assume VM need to change their filter so how do I get them to do it?

Have you added their email addresses to the safe senders list?

Is your account using virginmedia’s incoming servers?

Do you use third party antivirus which may have an email scanner?

Do the emails contain links? Some suggestions indicate that spam filters can block messages due to this.

Since it's a Virgin media email I assume it's using their servers?

I am using F-secure.

There are no links just images, have you seen my previous message where I copied in the report the sender is getting back from VM?
