Hi i am sending emails to contact@maidesite.co.uk, using my blueyonder.co.uk email address and it keeps bouncing back. However when i use my viginmedia.com email address it appears to work. The bounce message is:  '550 5.1.2 Recipient Domain Invalid (VM521)'

I have just found out that that using my viginmedia.com email address now bounces back?

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your email address, can you confirm does the issue occur when tried on both our webmail and a 3rd party application?

I only use Outlook and just used your webmail and it did not bounce....yet

For third party clients, try this here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account it maybe something you need to update.
