48 hours of emails lost

All was fine this morning, but then every email in my Inbox received since Saturday, which were there up to around 0900, have randomly disappeared.

Still receiving new mail, but included in those disappeared are ones with links to track items for delivery which has obvious impact if I cannot see anything.

Have you checked your spam folders to see if they have gone there?

We wouldn't be able to access your email and delete them, which device are you using the emails on?

They reappeared later in the day so all is now well. No idea why/how, and it was on both mobile device and laptop, but it seems to be good  for now. Very strange

Thank you for your reply and glad to hear it was a short term bleep/issue and gone back to normal now, we appreciate how frustrating it may be to be unable to view your communications and past emails.

Please, do pop back here to let us know in case the issue is back although we hope this will not be needed.
