I'm using a NTLworld.com email address.

Thanks for the update @fm48. Can I ask, at what process do you get the forbidden page? On the log in screen? After entering details? Or the loading of your inbox?

Sabrina

Morning Sabrina

  1. Goto virginmedia webmail
  2. Login with my ntlworld.com username and password
  3. The webpage then display

    403 forbidden error

  4. But, it works fine with Thunderbird client, and email client on the phone. But, not with the webmail.

Hi fm48,

Can you confirm if signing Into the My virgin Media account via a web browser okay?
