403 error

Hi I need help regards accessing my emails via virgin media

have spoke twice to customer service who said it was now unlocked, have changed my password too but still getting forbidden error 403

very frustrated now as was told I would definitely have a call back 20 mins later and still waiting a week later

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you have been having mailbox issues. Are you able to confirm if you are getting 403 on all devices checking the mailbox?  I'll also send you a PM to get your account details.
