For 5 weeks I have been unable to access my emails - 5 phone calls and endless hours to be told the problem will be sorted in 48 hours - it still isn't. On my last call I was advised that my case was going to be escalated and I would get a call back in 48 hours - that was 15 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. What a dreadful, dreadful service. Virgin can read my emails but I can't. I've tried changing my password - not difference - was also told it was my device at fault but no help to rectify it. Please, please can anyone help?
