403 Forbidden

Sorry for starting a new chain as there are other ones discussing similar issues, but I didn’t want to hijack someone else’s thread. I have been having trouble accessing my virginmedia.com email account since last Wednesday. I had been able to access through a Mail App and on my phone but unable through the myvirginmedia.com portal on my web browser. Originally I was getting this message “ Sorry. Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please try again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices”. I was still able to sign in to my account - it was just the actual email mailbox itself that I couldn’t access. Now the message comes up Forbidden even when I access through the email on my Virgin Media page
