2 different accounts

Hi

i have been having few issues and now I realise that I have an account for my virgin.net emails and another account for my virgin media under my Googlemail address . 

Was trying to change my email password but not working as keeps saying unable to do with this account? Then when I go into my virgin media using my googlemail says I don’t have an email account?!

Sorry to hear about these issues. Just for clarification are you trying to log into the My VM account for each of these email addresses to update the password for email access? 

Each of your secondary email accounts has its own my VM account, which is used to manage the passwords and log into our webmail service.
