Out of 5 email addresses on my account just 1 is coming back with Authentication failed.
The password is correct, & to be sure I've re-entered it.
Still no better.
Other addresses work fine.
I even reset my Hub 3 but the problem persisits.
According to VM Status there's a TV issue in my area, but broadband is supposed to be OK.
Maybe VM are confusing TV & Broadband.... ??

One address, just 1, out of 5 email addresses on my account refuses to send mail. Authentication failure.
I can log in to my address on web mail, so the user details must be correct.
Virgin Media.. please fix your server - quickly!

Hi @El_Defensor thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
Is this via Webmail through your My Virgin Media account or is this via an App such as Outlook for example?
