been out of contract for a number of years ,then vm phoned me and said ive been with then 23& half years never left and as a thank you were giving me free of charge a speed boost and some extra channels for 12 months then I could cancel them or pay extra at no time was I told it would put me under a contract ,I decided to leave as I was offered a great deal by another supplier goth through yesterday and was told I was under contract till next May ,they said that they were sorry if someone did not inform me but these things do happen but anyway I was sent a letter told them I received no letter ,they said that's not there fault either ,then today they change there story apparently I was told about a 12 month contract and a letter was sent and I accepted the 12 month contract because I signed into my account ,( or was I just paying my bill ??? ) best one the call centre phoned an hour ago with you guessed it a free upgrade as I was a great long time customer and to say thanks ,vm are now saying that its me who is not being truth full going to take to deadlock ,
