phone calls

phone calls saying VirginMedia call to make sure I am getting value for money, then asks am i the account holder , and what my details are,at this point I say if your virgin you know my account details, and I will not hand out details on the phone to a person who sounds very foreign and hang up.

We'd need to pass security on any account before we make changes, this includes our outbound teams. However, they would never ask for your full memorable word/password so if they do this please do not provide these details they would always only ask for 3 random characters of this.
