Thanks for that ,very helpful you answered my question. I reported it this morning but still no privileges to view personal information download file (community account). So I assume it is specific to my member account only now.
It happened following a previous private communication by virgin a few days back regarding my community account, so will await virgin to follow through with reason/explanation and remedy for the problem, or if account is restricted.
I presume they are very busy so will give them time to respond. Was concerned my data was missing or corrupted.
