outbound retentions

ive just phoned virgin re:my contract expires in jan 2021 so they offered my a tempting offer which is £20.00 extra mth obviously i declined as they seam to play the same silly games every year so ive given notice then she says ive been opted out of outbound calls i didnt know at the time she meant retentions will not be calling, ive not opted out of anything they just like to create an atmosphere because i wont pay the price they offered. i was paying for 200mb but due to their rubbish hub i never got any more that 60mb so at my expense ive bought the eero wifi mesh which now gives me 200mb.

Re: outbound retentions

Even if you are not opted out, there is no guarantee that you would receive a call, so you may find that your service dies 30 days after you gave your notice. They make a offer, its your choice whether to accept. If you call again before the end of the 30 you may receive a different offer, could be less, could be more.
