lol..you people..

so apparently it takes longer than 3 weeks to process a credit for less than £90 and to adjust a deliberately mis sold contract seems to be nobody's fault and nobody knows who adjusts it and it's perfectly OK for virgin media to KNOWINGLY overcharge on a contract that virgin media KNOW is incorrect.

 

You people DISGUST ME. truly. you disgust me.
