hub 5 ethernet

hi

since my hub 5 was relocated by vm tech ,my ethernet speeds are poor{wifi great}.

when i test all is working ,when i go into router settings 100% until i plug in ethernet then it comes up in red ethernet issues. only98 mbps instead of 500mbps which is what i used to get.

i have rebooted and new ethernet cable (used cat 5 cat cat 7 ,all new cables.cat 6 supplied with router and been searching for a solution everywhere. so all usual steps done .al was ok until moved.

can anyone please let me know what can be done now(is it the hub or a way to prove a fault on something.)

Call customer services and report it as a fault.

thanks but done that ,they monitored 24 hrs and said all ok. tried to explain that line all ok yes but ethernet ports problem. hard to get them understand.cheers anyway
