Hi I was wondering how to contact The virgin team about cancelling my T.V contract. My current deal finish towards the end of this month I wish to cancel.
Given the unfortunate situation at the moment times are busy due to their reduced service. I have tried calling the service centre number but it just cuts me off after it goes through each stage.
I was hoping to get a email I can notify them with so I can start the process of leaving Virgin and not having got pay the increase for a service that me and my family are not happy with even more so now we are all at home.
Pretty pointless using the 1809 text number as gap between responses is now at three days in my experience. I am guessing that VM is unable to maintain service at high broadband speeds for the number of home workers at present. Fobbing customers off with std responses around rebooting hubs etc.
