Very fast Internet, iffy customer services at present. 


There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal

was supposed to have services installed yesterday but, now it has been rescheduled for the 28th - not a good start!!

Thanks for posting on the forum and welcome to the community. Disappointing to hear of the delays in getting the services installed, have you been able to speak to the team to find out why it has been delayed?

Hi Rob,

No help or contact from any 'team' looks like left doesn't know what right is doing. Beginning to regret the migrate from sky already and services have not even started yet. I've had more contact from you moderators, still i will wait patiently until the 28th to see what happens (probably nothing!)

Give me a  break please. Of course i've spoken to them on the phone, only to get told that they (this team) don't know what is going on except that the job is now down for the 28th - waiting!!
