do Virgin Media have a call centre anymore?

Tuning in

i have tried to call today regarding the end of my contract and next steps. i have to do this every 18 months or so

i rang the number, pressed the buttons to get to talk to someone and i ended up having to provide my mobiel number and i received a text.

rang again, tried a different number selection and again was directed to providing my mobile number and got a text

i don't want a text and woud like and need to talk to a person in the call centre 

any suggestions?

Hi Woodentom 

The quickest contact method though is by calling either 150 from a VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.

You can also speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112 but this method can take 4 to 6 hours as phone calls take priority.

You can also try logging into  and click on upgrade package. There may be an offer there, and also possibly a link to the online chat messenger service.

I did you that number and it just sent me txt messages. I have finally found the call centre….option 1,4,4. Looks like you only get chance to speak to someone when you are considering leaving virgin media which i do find strange
