customer service

I have never known such appalling customer service. For the past week i have been ringing to try and speak to someone and just constantly on hold. I have just been on hold again for over an hour and they cut me off before i even spoke to someone.

Has anyone else had this issue as really regretting leaving Sky now.

have you not read any of the posts on the forum?
it's not exactly a secret that the hold times are "long".

well they won't be able to help with the hold times.

I am on the Oomph bundle which included a unlimited SIM. The SIM is in my sons phone and they have suddenly changed it to pay as you go so he is now without a phone. Keep being passed from media to mobile.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry that the Oomph SIM card has changed to PAYG, this isn't what we expect to hear.
