I have never known such appalling customer service. For the past week i have been ringing to try and speak to someone and just constantly on hold. I have just been on hold again for over an hour and they cut me off before i even spoke to someone.
Has anyone else had this issue as really regretting leaving Sky now.
I am on the Oomph bundle which included a unlimited SIM. The SIM is in my sons phone and they have suddenly changed it to pay as you go so he is now without a phone. Keep being passed from media to mobile.
