i can not seem to cancel my order by phone or app or whatsApp i keep being cut off.

i am a new customer and have changed my mind , this driving me mad.

hi i have managed to cancel my order , i do not have virgin installed in my home , all they sent me was the modem package

engineers let me down three times so i am staying with my provider.

now thy want to charge me £72 and give me £54 back in 45 days.

i can not understand the charge , could you help , thanks steve
