Beautiful job. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Virgin media are still more or less ignoring this matter despite initial contact.

So are their contractors called Svella Connect, who spoke to me, promised something, never heard from them since.
