I received a text from Virgin stating my equipment will be delivered on 25th July and Yodel would contact me with a 2 hour delivery slot.  Did not hear from Yodel.  I contacted Virgin Team who said it could take 3-5 days - still nothing.
Tried to ring Virgin again today, after keeping me hanging on for nearly 20 mins informed me they are having technical issues and to ring back in 3-5 hours!
This is the 2nd time Yodel should have contacted me about the delivery, as they should have delivered the equipment on the 20th June. 
I have not received any tracking information, so am unable to trace it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Please can you advise if this is for a new connection, or a regrade with new equipment.

I'll then move your thread to the correct forum as VM Staff don't usually monitor the Natter forums.

I'd put my money on, if all the excuses they use are counted, the 'technical difficulties' will come out top, how can you argue with that

and they will never tell you what those 'technical' difficulties are, I mean how can you tell someone about something that doesn't exist.
