WiFi rarely works

Our WiFi hasn’t worked properly for a number of months. It hasn’t  worked at all for the past two days. I can’t log onto any help services because I can no longer access the email address I originally used when we joined Virgin. I don’t  receive any bills because I can’t access that email. I have phoned your helpline in the past and they have told me that they have changed the account to my new email but I’m new email is completely unrecognised by your system and while I get the marketing emails from you I still don’t get any bills. I work from home for the nhs and I need to be able to get back online. Can you at least send me some way to get in tough with the help desk? Thank you

I'm sorry you've been having these problems. I've been able to check things over from our side and can see there may be issues requiring further investigation. 

 

I'll send a PM shortly so we can get this sorted asap.
