Hello, we ordered a Wi-fi booster on March 6th this year and are being charged for the use but have not received it. Despite 3 phone calls and 3 promises of delivery, numerous unsuccessful phone calls we are still being charged. Virgin can't blame Lockdown because the order was placed prior to the start. We are getting so angry now. Its not the money (£3 per month extra on our contract) its the blatant disregard for loyal long standing Virgin clients. Can anyone help please?
