Wi-fi booster

Hello, we ordered a Wi-fi booster on March 6th this year and are being charged for the use but have not received it. Despite 3 phone calls and 3 promises of delivery, numerous unsuccessful phone calls we are still being charged. Virgin can't blame Lockdown because the order was placed prior to the start. We are getting so angry now. Its not the money (£3 per month extra on our contract) its the blatant disregard for loyal long standing Virgin clients. Can anyone help please?

I'd cancle it get money back and buy the WiFi home plugs from argos for 45ish quid.  Then if you change isp your still have it and you won't have a new contract started if you have

Hello Swf,

I can't see anywhere on my account the wherewithal to cancel the Booster. As for trying to phone Virgin, I'd have more luck finding pearls in an oyster/ I'm at my wits' end

I got thro from 150 option 1,1,4,4 first ring.  Don't give up. You probably can't cancle online. Good luck
