I have to say, I have, genuinely, never encountered a single solitary problem with customer service
from VM. I have been using the service for 16 or 17 years, since it was NTL and Telewest running the show.
(it still is, but under the VM umbrella). These days the company that owns Comcast owns VM
but I have not noticed any difference. Maybe some customers get problems, I dont know,
but I've never got anything but great results
