Why is Virgin media customer service so **bleep**e

Ok so everyone knows all virgin want is your money, offer great deals to knew customers and not to long serving loyal customers , and don’t want to reply to you by phone or email or live chat etc 

it’s so obvious they will do anything to avoid this. They make no bones of this- you question is why is their customer service so bad

simples - GET UP EARLY!!  dial in at about 7:55 AM and after you have done 'select your option' etc, it will be 8:00, and be the first customer... 🙂

I have to say, I have, genuinely, never encountered a single solitary problem with customer service
from VM. I have been using the service for 16 or 17 years, since it was NTL and Telewest running the show.
(it still is, but under the VM umbrella). These days the company that owns Comcast owns VM
but I have not noticed any difference. Maybe some customers get problems, I dont know,
but I've never got anything but great results
