I am still waiting for my £75 amazon voucher. I am having to go to the CAB now.
I feel I have been led around the houses trying to resolve this and am getting a little concerned. Having phoned up and waited some considerable time to get through, I was told by Virgin to text EEENREB and given a number. The Virgin advisor couldn't send me an email or letter either to confirm the details they had given me either. When I asked for the name of the Ombudsman, they couldn't give me that.
