I had booked an appointment for a technician regarding my landline and wanted to cancel this. I had received a text confirmation with a link saying if wanted to change or cancel to go on line which I did. I signed in once there one of the options was orders or change appointment. I clicked on this only to receive a message I had no orders nothing about cancelling the appointment. I have since phoned again and spoken with automated lady and cancelled this, hopefully, I don't want to have to pay £25 if he turns up.
