Website does not work

After I login to my account on Virgin Media and select Account Settings I am given the following options: -

Account Details / On-line Security / Wi-Fi Hotspots / Marketing Preferences / Device Authentication

However, it I click on any of these choices I get the following message - Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side.  Please try again.

Trying again does not work and this has been an issue for quite some considerable time now.

Have to say this is simply not good enough and the issue needs to be fixed as I would like to be able to look at my account when I need to without any issues being encountered.

If you are using the app, try a browser.

If you are using a browser, have you  tried clearing the cache, a different browser, or incognito window?
