Webchat

Hello and good afternoon.

First of all, if this is the wrong board can a mod please move it. There didn't seem to a board appropriate to my question.

 

Is anyone working on the webchat right now? I know things are hard at this time but I've been waiting for a reply on the webchat since early Saturday morning.

Hello

With regards to getting this sorted, there is a way you can contact our team other than the Live chat or call route.
I'd suggest the best thing to do would be to contact the team via the text message service.

And for reference, in case anyone else is trying to do the same thing, I've gone through the same bot q&a which ended in the same way, and am now waiting for a reply there as well.

I'll update if I ever get a reply.

I did get a reply after 5 days. But the handler didn't wait around for an answer from me and disconnected the chat. **bleep** crap.

And after recieving zero response from the, tech recommended, text service I sent a chaser. And am now going through to automated system again. This is utter bollocks
