I’m unable to send and receive videos on WhatsApp on mine or my wife’s iPhones through my Virgin WIFI. When we turn the WIFI off and use 3 or 4G we can send and receive videos. Also recently we were at the hospital and logged on to their WIFI and opened all videos on WhatsApp that couldn’t be opened before. This has been going on a long time with our Virgin WIF but before the lockdown my wife and I could open all WhatsApp files and other WIFIs away from home. Because of the lockdown it is important for us to use WhatsApp to keep in touch with our family.
