I have not been able to find any support online. I have no signal in my house and have not been able to find a customer support email or a chatbot available.
My account ended around a month ago and I have still not been sent the cheque.
I message a chatbox before the cheque was sent out to change my address to my home address.
I have still not recieved the cheque and therefore Virgin still owe me £49.
Can someone help me on this issue please?
From the date of disconnection the cheque can take upto 45 days to arrive.
