Hi,

I have just received an email stating I need to upload identity docs to Hoo Yu in order for my credit card application to be processed.

Is this correct as it seems weird? I wanted to check that I wasn’t sent a scam email to get my identity information. 
I am trying to contact the credit card team but I am on hold on the phone.

Sorry, but this forum is for Virgin Media who don't offer credit cards. Virgin Money who do offer them are a completely separate company.
