Virgin Media Bundle disaster

Settling in

Does anyone know how to deal with the disaster of the media bundle that includes Netflix and O2. We have been trying off and on for ten months to set my daughter's phone up with O2 - argh, scream scream ugh! dead!!

Nothing we try works.

I am so sorry that we suggested this for our daughter because she gets angry every time she tries to sort something out and it doesn't work. 

It took over 6 months to get our Netflix sorted. Once the tech people who had the permission to sort things out did so - we finally got things moving but - what a disaster. Take some advice Virgin - don't try to do these things unless you know it's going to work because you've made long time customers extremely angry.
