.. when it comes to awful customer service!

OFCOM's latest complaint data was published today and Shell Energy are now the most complained about Fixed Broadband and landline phone provider.

VM came second in these categories, and remained top for  TV and mobile complaints.

Let's be clear: Of all of the major ISPs Virgin Media is officially the most complained about across all four sectors reviewed: broadband, landline, mobile, and pay-TV.

It is at least four times worse than Sky in the first three sectors and *ten* times worse for pay-TV. 

Who'd have guessed?

What VM suffers from is complaint handling. I think the deliverables are good and I have little problem with broadband or TV (although the landline has failed on several occasions).
