I can see it on the email board - it's just that no-one to date has responded to it.

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Well I'm looking at the email board and its not showing up here!

Maybe the forum has many servers and are not Sync correctly

edit I found it this forum does not show show when it was posted in order 🙄

Fuuny enough, I've noticed this as well, sometimes the full thread of a post is not available for viewing. TBH, if it happens, I don't fret over it, but it is still annoying.

Yes did it to the gaming thread where nothing was displayed but if I log out I could view it but thats now working too
