Virgin Media are second worst for broadband connection reliability according to Which? 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

In +10 years I have rarely had any issues with the connection.

Most peoples have issues with WiFi and most of that involves the Hub location and sometimes their device drivers. I use third party Mesh WiFi devices so have a sold connection throught the house and garden.

I used to subscribe to Which, I took notice of applience tests but their Motor and PC tests are highly inaccurate/flawed
