VM Cable

I am trying to contact VM with regards to an exposed cable at my property and cant seem to find anyone that i can discuss this with , any help would be grateful

where is the exposed cable? and how exposed is it?

ok, you didn't answer the other 2 questions, but whatever.
as you are a VM customer then simply calls CS if the cable if causing a problem.

I have tried to contact CS on several occasions but no joy and yes the cable is causing a problem

As stated in my original post  , the exposed cable is in my front garden and should be down in the ground a certain depth also as i am about to turn my front garden into a driveway i don't want to damage it by driving onto or over it.

you didn't state any of that in your orginal post.
however, you should be able to bury it yourself, virgin will only put it a few inches deep into the ground.
they won't put it under a driveway though.
