Constantly having issues with my Hub3 router, Green arrows been flashing all day, but have been having intermittent issues for a few weeks now too.
service status says no issues, run test says it’s not switched on!!
I am so fed up with Virgin, the internet is the only reason I’m still with them as I feel I am overpaying for a poor service and get everything but the internet speed cheaper elsewhere, but now that’s playing up again, I might just leave, seeing as last time I spoke to them about this, they offered me a £10:month discount, but all I want is better internet and the same package they offer new customers, there is no reward for being loyal to them!!
