Useless internet!!!

Constantly having issues with my Hub3 router, Green arrows been flashing all day, but have been having intermittent issues for a few weeks now too.

service status says no issues, run test says it’s not switched on!!

I am so fed up with Virgin, the internet is the only reason I’m still with them as I feel I am overpaying for a poor service and get everything but the internet speed cheaper elsewhere, but now that’s playing up again, I might just leave, seeing as last time I spoke to them about this, they offered me a £10:month discount, but all I want is better internet and the same package they offer new customers, there is no reward for being loyal to them!!

Another OP with the British disease of complain, complain and do nothing about it. This forum is NOT a fault reporting system for VM you should ALWAYS call customer services to report faults.
